My first encounter was with Michele, who was not only professional but incredibly kind and helpful throughout the planning process. Like with any event, there were a few minor hiccups along the way, but what truly stood out was how every single team member took accountability and made sure every question I had was answered and every concern addressed quickly and with care. On the day of the event, we were lucky to have Yedid by our side — she truly went above and beyond! From making sure my daughter ate and stayed calm, to checking in on me and making sure I was breathing and not overwhelmed, she was a godsend. Saraita brought our vision to life perfectly. She understood exactly what I wanted for the décor and displays and executed it beautifully. From the flowers, to the LED dance floor, the birthday swing cake, the projected walls — everything was magical. Every single detail was thoughtfully executed and came together like a dream. I worked with Sarahi throughout the process and she was extremely helpful and hands-on with any assistance/clarification I needed.
